Cancellations:

- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please accept the package as scheduled and follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy if needed.
Refunds:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Simply contact us, and we will provide a return address and process a replacement or refund as per your preference.
- If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-refundable Circumstances:
